As I sat reading morning devotions this verse caught my attention.
2 Corinthians 6:1 We then, as workers together with Him also plead with you not to receive the grace of God in vain. For He says: In an acceptable time I have heard you, And in the day of salvation I have helped you.
I read the verse several times. Letting it soak in.
Today, on this very important day in American history I am praying and fasting. I am praying for this great nation. I am praying for the country I love. I am praying for all the people in this country. I am praying for the leaders, and those who wish to be.
I am praying for the Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ to bless us all on this election day.
I am reminded of the tears that fill my eyes when I place my hand over my heart and pledge allegiance to this country.
I'm reminding you, if you haven't already voted don't forget to do so. I'm also asking you before you vote pray that the Lord will guide you in your choices.
One nation, under GOD....................

I wanted to vote, but apparently I can't because I'm Canadian. Doesn't seem fair somehow.

Happy Tuesday, Katt! See you on the IWSG tour tomorrow.
