HOLY WEEK

This morning Meko snuggled against me as we sat in the screen room waiting for the sun to come up. I listened as the birds sang a beautiful melody with words familiar only to them. I gazed across the yard through thick fog which completely hid the gigantic oak tree in my neighbors yard. In fact her house disappeared somewhere in the dense fog too. As I sat reflecting on Holy Week, realizing I could not see my neighbors house, but knowing it is there.
It's the same with my faith, sometimes I'm blinded by the dense fog, struggling to put one foot in front of the other, not knowing where I'm going, or how I'll get there.
But at the end of the fog, the sun (Son) rises, and if only for a moment everything is clear. I know where I'm going. As the fog disappears the Cross becomes more clear......
And it was there He made it all possible.....
Matthew 27:45 From the sixth hour until the ninth hour darkness came over all the land.

I woke to fog on the ice this morning. It lifted slowly, tailing over the trees across from us. It was silent and stunning to see. I felt God in every movement.

Happy Easter, dear Katt.
